What this site does not have

No account exists on this site. There is nothing to register for, nothing to log in to and no stored profile, which keeps this policy short and mostly uneventful.

That also means there is no password of yours here to lose, no wallet, and no identity document. The cashier and the KYC process belong to Taya365 and happen on the operator’s own systems.

What is collected

Two things, and only two.

The first is the ordinary web server log that any site produces when a page is requested. It records an IP address, a timestamp, the page asked for, the referring page where one exists, and the browser’s user agent string. Logs exist so the site can be served and so errors and abuse can be diagnosed, and they are rotated out after a short period.

The second is anonymous analytics, where analytics are running on the page you are reading. Those count page views and rough country-level location. They do not set an advertising identifier, do not follow you to other sites, and are never sold or matched to a name.

What is never collected

We do not handle payments. No deposit, withdrawal, card number, GCash number or bank detail passes through this site.

There is no newsletter form harvesting addresses, no comment box storing what you type, and no identity check of any kind. If a page ever asks you for a password, a one-time code or money while claiming to be this site, it is not this site.

Cookies

This site does not need a cookie to show you a page.

Where one is set, it is functional: remembering a display preference such as a theme, or a counter used by anonymous analytics. None of them are advertising cookies and none of them build a profile for retargeting. Your browser can block or clear all of them without breaking a single guide.

Links to other sites

Links out of here go to Taya365 and to public resources such as PAGCOR and Philippine health services. The moment you follow one, you are on that site and under its privacy policy rather than this one.

We have no control over what those sites collect, how long they keep it, or what they do with it. Read their terms before you register anywhere, particularly where money and identity documents are involved.

Requests, changes and deletion

You can ask what is held about you and ask for it to be deleted. In practice there is usually nothing to hand over, because server logs are not indexed by person and anonymous analytics records cannot be traced back to an individual.

Send the request through how to reach the team, and include enough detail for any log entries to be located, such as an approximate date and the pages you visited. We will say plainly what was found, including when the answer is nothing.
